The course will be split between two of the best facilities in Maidstone, Kent.

We will always start the day at Southcote proactive healthcare for the classroom elements of the course.  The gym based elements will be held at Core Gym, in the centre of town.

Don’t fear…there’s plenty of parking for us at Southcote and the gym is a nice 3 minute walk away!
