This is my second testimonial about Adam, but that was last year and since my journey began, ive lost approximately 5.5 stone and am stronger and healthier than I have ever been and thought it only right to update!
We have trained really hard together this year, but in addition to this Adam has taught me key lessons on nutrition, from simple tracking, different options with my food choices, the importance of hydration and how to adapt my eating for different stages of training and different occasions. Most importantly, he has taught me how to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, whilst being able to maintain my social life and enjoying myself…otherwise, whats the point.
Im still pretty rubbish in the gym (She really isn’t!) and rely heavily on Adam for guidance but in terms of nutritioni feel like ive learnt invaluable healthy eating habits, which I will continue to utilize throughout my every day life.
If youre considering Adam as a PT or one of his workshops, I honestly cant recommend him highly enough…he has helped change my life and I cant wait for us to reach my next weight goal.

Where do I start... last October myself and one of my work colleagues started training with Adam.... not knowing what to expect or what we could really achieve we were both terrified about stepping out of our comfort zone and into the unknown.
It took Adam until March to persuade me to have my first assessment... And honestly it was the best decision! I've never felt uncomfortable or judged and the whole idea of being measured literally petrified me. Having someone else know my personal stats was something I did not feel at all comfortable with!
Since that first assessment Adam has motivated me to hit all of my monthly targets which is getting me closer to my final goals, no food is off limits, he has kept my plan really simple so its easy to follow and understand meaning I don't struggle to keep on track.
As Adam knows I love training (ssssshhhh!) / love moaning about training and my body has changed so much in the last 4 months, I am currently two stone lighter and over 11% body fat down and it honestly hasn't been a chore to train or eat better. I can't wait to see my results going forward and can actually say my monthly assessment is now something I look forward to, it really helps you to track your progress and keeps you focused.
I have enjoyed every moment of this journey and that is down to Adam! He is always there to support you, listen to you and inspire you! I literally could not imagine training with anyone else.
If you are reading this thinking... it won't work for me, I've tried, I'm scared, will it be worth it or what if I fail... Well trust me I've been there... Adam understands our concerns more than we probably ever will and all you have to do is trust him; with his guidance and knowledge not only will you succeed, you will honestly love every part of it!!”
I was diagnosed with arthritis a year ago and I was dreading a life of pain and painkillers which all led me to feel a bit depressed as well. So I joined the gym. I noticed Adam training other people and was impressed with the care and attention he gave his clients. At that time I was considering engaging a PT and due to Adams cheerful disposition and friendly nature, I booked him up
Immediately I was impressed with Adams extensive knowledge of all fitness disciplines and the way he tailor made a programme to suit my needs. I was equally impressed with Adams insistence on taking things slowly and building up core strength and explaining the importance of stretching - I am by nature a person who wants to run before I can walk! In just a couple of months of following my programme I am absolutely thrilled to say that I now have no hip pain which was causing me sleepless nights and had me reaching for prescription painkillers. I feel stronger and I’m a lot more mobile and I am now keen for the next part of my fitness regime. My goals are now to build some muscles and maybe lose a few pounds and be the best version of me that I can be. With Adams support I know I can do it

I love it! Unbelievably I really enjoy it, even at that ridiculous time in the morning. Hats off for inspiring and motivating such a diverse group of (bloody wonderful) women: 17 - 51 year olds and everything in between!
Brilliant. Such a genuinely nice guy and thats refreshing as I've had some very different experiences in the past.
You push me, without pushing too much. I like the banter and how you challenge my thoughts too. I enjoy talking to someone who obviously knows their stuff.
